No time for oven bakes?
We’ve got a super easy one for you, these No Bake Peanut Butter Bars take about 10 minutes to throw together and they’re honestly unreal.
We’ve used our wonky chocolate (the slightly broken, perfectly tasty kind) and turned it into something dangerously snackable. Because chocolate doesn’t need to look flawless to taste incredible.
It’s rich, peanut buttery, chocolatey in all the right ways, and you can totally make it your own. Add a scoop of protein, throw in some nuts, a pinch of sea salt… whatever you’ve got knocking about.
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 1/2 cups coconut flour
- 1cup Wonky broken chocolate
- Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add your peanut butter, keto maple syrup, and coconut flour and mix well. If the batter is too thin, add more coconut flour.
- Transfer the batter to the lined pan and press firmly in place. If desired, melt the chocolate chips and spread over the top.
- Refrigerate the bars for 30 minutes, before slicing them and serving
