Biscoff Truffle Balls
< See all recipes
Sometimes you just need something sweet that doesn’t involve preheating an oven or washing up half the kitchen.
That’s where these No Bake Biscoff Truffle Balls come in. They’re simple, properly indulgent, and made with our wonky chocolate, the slightly broken bars that taste just as good as ever.
There’s something quite satisfying about taking chocolate that isn’t “perfect” and turning it into little truffle bites that feel a bit special. Rich, spiced, coated in chocolate, and no baking required.
Easy to make. Easy to eat. And a pretty good way to give rescued chocolate the attention it deserves.
- Biscoff biscuits (crushed into fine crumbs)
- Cream cheese
- Vanilla extract
- Wonky chocolate (melted, for coating)
- Crush the Biscoff biscuits until they’re fine crumbs.
- Mix the crumbs with cream cheese and a splash of vanilla until it forms a thick dough.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill until firm.
- Dip each ball into melted wonky chocolate.
- Leave to set until the chocolate coating hardens.
