Biscoff Wonky Chocolate Bar

This bar is proof that broken chocolate is actually perfect chocolate. We made it using rescued chocolate that was a bit wonky around the edges, snapped, misshapen, not quite shelf-ready, and turned it into something even better. Melted down, layered up with Biscoff and caramel, then left to set into a chunky, crackable bar that’s all about second chances. It’s unfussy, a little messy, and very much the kind of treat that reminds us why saving good food from going to waste is always worth it. Wonky in, ridiculously good out. 🍫✨
- Biscoff biscuits (crushed)
- Rescued chocolate, melted
- Caramel sauce
- Crunchy Biscoff spread
- Crush biscoff
- Pour enough melted chocolate to cover the bottom and sides
- Refridgerate
- Add caramel sauce, crunchy biscoff spread and then to with remaining melted chocolate refrigerate for 3 hours
